Josef’s professional career reflects over 20 years as a specialist in directing, coordination, and completion of single-family, multi-family, and high-rise construction projects in Calgary and Alberta. Recognized by the PHBI (Professional Home Builders Institute) in a league of designated Master Builders’ since 1995, Josef possesses a demonstrated record of success analyzing the viability of business ideas, developing creative strategies to achieve goals, and the ability to implement processes that generate a revenue, on-time, under budget, and beyond expectations.
